Join us for a day of pure well-being!
At the Château de Champlâtreux
This majestic 18th-century setting and its English-style park, listed as a historic monument, provides the perfect backdrop for this high vibe day, – a place where everything invites us to unwind and restore our balance between body and mind.

The day promises to be a journey of well-being and inspiration: Qi Gong sessions, an inspiring talk on traditional Chinese medicine, guided meditations to realign body and mind. Hoping for blue skies, we will share a delightful
Garden Lunch by Stan Lanvin in a splendid setting curated by Duggan Society.
The afternoon will unfold with an immersive Yin Flow Yoga session led by the radiant Élodie Garamond, accompanied by the enchanting melodies of Alia Paineda’s violin. The day will culminate with a spectacular GAGA
dance class. A truly magical experience to recharge and reconnect in a vibrant atmosphere!
